Terms and conditions

1. Booking and Reservations:

   • To secure our bachelor party planning services, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
   • Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

2. Payment:

   • The remaining balance is due prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon.
   • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
   • All prices are quoted in the currency specified and are inclusive of applicable taxes, fees, and charges.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

   • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions:
     • If cancellation is made within 30 days or less of the event date, no refund will be provided.
     • If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the event date, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied as a credit towards a future booking, subject to availability and within one year of the original event date.
   • Bachelor Boys LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

4. Liability:

   • Bachelor Boys LLC and its staff shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or theft that may occur during the bachelor party event.
   • Clients and their guests are responsible for their own behavior and will be held liable for any damages caused to property or individuals during the event.

5. Client Responsibilities:

   • The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their preferences, requirements, and any special considerations.
   • The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or permissions required for specific activities or venues.

6. Changes and Amendments:

   • Any changes or amendments to the agreed-upon services must be communicated in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.

7. Confidentiality:

   • Bachelor Boys LLC respects the privacy and confidentiality of its clients. Any personal or sensitive information shared during the booking and planning process will be handled securely and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

   • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bachelor Boys LLC is located.
